First off, I would like to thank you for your continued patience as we navigate through the ongoing stress of COVID-19. Your counties borders have been closed to the United States Postal Service since mid September. I was unfortunately unaware of this until I began shipping orders in late September to early October. Once I realized why I was unable to physically ship these packages out to these two countries I sent out an update via email which many of you received and few did not. I apologize for this inconvenience as it is completely out of my control.
Please know, I am checking the USPS covid restrictions website daily for updates and once Australia and New Zealand reopen I will be working endlessly to get your packages out to you. I hope in the future we have no more restrictions and I can reopen to all countries once again.
